Premier Global Solutions (PGS), an affiliate of Premier Novelties Ltd., provides cost-effective sourcing solutions to businesses and individuals seeking Consumer or Healthcare products throughout North America, South America, Asia, Europe and Australia. Founded in 2001 by brothers Noorullah Virani and Nasru Ali Virani, PGS leverages decades of international trade experience and relationships with world-class manufacturing facilities to deliver the highest quality products to customers expeditiously and at the most competitive prices. Noorullah Virani co-founded Premier Novelties Ltd. in 2001 and leads day-to-day operations, product development and finance matters. A serial entrepreneur, Noor has extensive Consumer and Healthcare experience dating back to the mid-1980s. Prior to co-founding Premier, Noor was President and co-founder of the Impulse Group of Companies, which consisted of: Impulse Novelties (consumer products), Impulse Clinical Research (biomedical research) and Impulse Consulting (medical billing services). Noor also has decades of experience in the design and procurement of watches and previously served as CEO of Overseas Time.
Nasru Ali Virani co-founded Premier Novelties Ltd. in 2001. He leads PGS’ efforts in identifying new product lines, procurement, supply chain management and pricing. In 2020, Nasru led Premier’s entry into the PPE market and was pivotal in providing hospital systems, school systems and retail stores the necessary Healthcare products in a time of global shortage. Nasru began his career in international trade in the early 1980s and has developed invaluable relationships with manufacturing facilities throughout Asia, Europe, North America and Australia. Prior to co-founding Premier Novelties Ltd., Nasru was CEO and co-founder of Impulse Novelties, a New York-based import, export, wholesale and distribution company focused on consumer products.
Nawaz Virani leads new business development and sourcing efforts at Premier Global Solutions. Nawaz brings a wealth of investment banking, corporate finance and business development experience to PGS, having worked on over $3 billion of transactions throughout his career. Prior to joining PGS, Nawaz was a Senior Associate in D.A. Davidson’s Investment Banking team, focused on M&A and Capital Markets Transactions in the Industrial sector. Prior to this, Nawaz worked as an Associate in Baird’s Investment Banking team focused on M&A and Capital Markets transactions in the Industrials sector. Previously, Nawaz was on the Business Development team at H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on sourcing private equity and direct lending transactions for seven funds representing over $30 billion of AUM. Nawaz began his career as an Analyst at Cross Keys Capital. Nawaz received a B.A. from the University of Michigan with a double major in Economics and Psychology.

Our Consumer segment provides electronics, novelties, apparel, toys and household products globally. Premier’s Consumer products can be found in retailers and convenience stores, including: Walgreens®, CVS®, Bed Bath & Beyond®, 7-Eleven®, Target®, T.J. Maxx®, Marshalls®, Home Goods®, Albertson’s®, Barnes & Noble®, Kroger®, Publix®, Meijer®, Dollar Tree®, Ollies®, Stop & Shop®, Winn-Dixie®, Deals® and other major outlets.
Healthcare
Our Healthcare segment provides PPE, including face masks, nitrile gloves, hand wipes, sanitizers, sterile needles & syringes and medical apparel (surgical gowns, scrubs, etc.). Premier is an FDA-approved importer and its partners overseas hold 510(k) certificates on all PPE products. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, PGS served as a trusted partner to hospital systems, schools and distributors, providing cost-effective products.
